In the production of cold pressed terminals, there are several positions that need to use cold pressing technology. For these places, the cold pressing terminal manufacturers need to pay more attention. It is about the four cold pressing connection positions that need to be paid attention to in the cold pressing terminal.
1. Cold press clamp < br > 0 When using, pay attention to check whether the jaw of the cold press clamp is aligned, and confirm that the bolt of the cold pressing clamp is aligned with the bolt beside the whole jaw. When pressing the arm of the cold press clamp, make sure that it can be self-locking, and can spring up freely after pressing the arm. For different types of jaw, the confirmation work should be done well. Generally, the jaw of OPT cold pressing clamp is in the order of "1.25-1.5", "2-2.5", "5.5-6" and "8-10". After the first use of cold press clamp for crimping operation, the first finished product is checked to confirm that the jaw of cold pressing clamp is correct, and the cold pressing joint is firmly crimped and the forming is beautiful.
2. Cold pressed terminals In order to know the type of cold pressed joint, it is necessary to have a certain understanding of OT type bare end, fork type pre insulated end or needle type pre insulated end. In the production of cold pressed terminals, it is also very helpful to choose the right cold end for the production efficiency of the products. Pay attention to the distinction between welding terminal and cold pressing terminal.
3. Cold press connection operation When pressing the line, the cold pressing joint shall be placed in the right position, and no oblique pressure is allowed. Positive pressure means that the opening of the cold pressing joint is facing the convex surface of the cold pressing clamp jaw, and the back face is facing the semicircle surface of the cold pressing clamp jaw. Do not press the large terminal with a small jaw, otherwise, it is easy to fracture the terminal and damage the cold pressing clamp; do not use the big jaw to press the small terminal, otherwise, it will lead to loose crimping and poor conductivity. It is necessary to select the appropriate jaw for the terminal, which should not be too small or too large. For the plastic terminal with insulation skin, the jaw requirement can be slightly enlarged on the basis of the original terminal size.
4. Line pressing method < br > was used The positive current feedback and negative voltage feedback are twisted together with the shielding layer of the shielding wire, and the stripping length is 7.5mm. Both ends of the fuse seat are 0.5mm2 red plastic cord, the stripping length is 15mm, and then it is bent back by 7.5mm. The negative current feedback is the 0.3mm2 black wire in the shielding wire. The stripping length is 15mm, and then it is bent back by 7.5mm. The ship switch wire is 0.5mm2 plastic flexible wire, the stripping length is 15mm, and then it is bent back by 7.5mm. According to the thickness of the specific wire, the appropriate wiring cap is selected, and generally two kinds of Φ 3 and Φ 4 are used.
During the operation of the above cold pressing connection station, it is necessary to pay attention not to press firmly, press to the wire skin, expose the wire core, terminal fracturing and pressure deviation.
